Deep cleaning in Roma, QLD
A slower visit for the build-up a regular clean leaves behind: skirting, tracks, appliance faces, and the corners that only get attention a few times a year.
What “deep” means here
Deep cleaning is still house cleaning — it is not a restoration service and we will not claim walls, carpets or outdoor areas look “new”. The extra time goes into detail that a weekly visit cannot cover.
- Skirting boards and door frames
- Window tracks and reachable interior glass if agreed
- Light fittings and ceiling fan blades we can safely reach
- Kitchen appliance faces, splashbacks and the oven if quoted
- Bathroom tile faces, grout wipe-down and exhaust covers
- Inside selected cupboards if they are emptied
Guide price: $208.50 including GST for 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, up to $364.88 for 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (1.5× the regular clean). Condition, extras and travel still change the quote. See pricing.
We come to homes in Roma, Wallumbilla, Mitchell, Surat and Injune.
Deep cleaning questions
When do I need a deep clean instead of a regular clean?
Choose a deep clean after a busy season, before guests, after renovations dust, or when the house has not had a detailed clean for a while.
Is a deep clean the same as an end of lease clean?
Not always. An end of lease clean follows the property’s condition report and any agent list. A deep clean is for people who still live in the home and want a more thorough visit.
How is the deep clean priced?
The published guide is 1.5 times the regular clean for the same bedroom and bathroom count. A 1 bed / 1 bath deep clean is $208.50 including GST. Confirm the current figure on the pricing page.
