These terms cover use of romacleaners.com.au. The site is an information and enquiry channel for house, deep and end of lease cleaning around Roma, Queensland. Sending a form is a request for a quote, not a booking.

Quotes and bookings

Prices on the pricing page are guides including GST and may need owner confirmation. A job is only booked when we confirm the scope, date and price in writing (email or text is enough). End of lease work is quoted after we have the property details or an inspection.

Access, water and power need to be available at the property. Pets and other occupants should be mentioned on the form so we can plan the visit.

Scope

We clean what the quote lists. Items that are not listed — including outdoor work, carpet steam, wall washing, contents inside packed cupboards, or repairs — are outside the job unless added in writing. We do not guarantee a rental bond refund. Bond decisions belong to the lessor, agent and the RTA process.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move a date. Reasonable cancellation terms will be confirmed when you book. This draft does not set a cancellation fee.
